As a woman who's battled nearly every symptom of perimenopause, Luci has lived through it firsthand: hormonal chaos, mood swings, fatigue, weight gain, slow metabolism, low blood pressure, stress intolerance, low sex drive, and memory lapses. Through determination, she conquered chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, and burnout.
