When will the programs be ready for us to use?

We are currently developing cutting-edge fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle courses specifically for menopause and perimenopause. These programs are set to launch in November this year. Make sure you're signed up to be notified when we go live!

My symptoms aren’t that bad. Should I just grin and bear it?

You could, but remember, it’s not just about the symptoms you can see. There are plenty of “invisible” changes happening too. For many women, perimenopause is a turning point for their long-term health. You deserve to feel your best, and there’s no reason to just “tough it out” when there are solutions that can help.

At Flourish Inmotion, we genuinely understand what you’re going through because we’ve been there ourselves. When my own health started to change, I realized that if we don’t take control of our symptoms during menopause, our post-menopause years can lead to worsening health.
As a holistic lifestyle coach, personal trainer, Pilates instructor, nutrition expert, and women's aging researcher, I’ve used my knowledge to turn around menopause symptoms by working with our hormones—not against them.
And now, I’ve made this experience available to you. Unlike most programs, which aren’t targeted at the specific changes we go through in menopause, Flourish In Motion is designed to address your hormonal environment head-on.
Our programs open up progressively, so you can learn and apply new health strategies step by step. Plus, with our private coaching support group, you’ll always have someone to turn to when you need extra support.

Do the Flourish Inmotion programs work?

Absolutely! The Flourish In Motion programs work for two main reasons. First, Luci teaches unique lifestyle strategies that help you work with your hormones instead of fighting them. And second, our carefully designed support system spreads out your learning over 6- 12 weeks, making it easier to turn these new habits into lifelong changes.
Plus, with the support of other women in the program and the coaching group, you’ll feel motivated and inspired the whole way through!

Do the programs involve medication or supplements?

Nope! Flourish In Motion focuses on lifestyle changes—like nutrition, exercise, and sleep hygiene—to turn around your symptoms.
If you’re on hormone therapy (MHT), that’s a personal decision you’ve made with your doctor. Many women use MHT for reasons beyond hot flash management, like heart disease or osteoporosis risk, so whether to stay on or come off is up to you and your healthcare provider.

Do the programs involve a diet?

Our programs focus on the types of foods you eat, not restrictive dieting. Based on women’s healthy aging research, the programs are centered around a modified Mediterranean diet, packed with essential nutrients for midlife women.
You won’t be counting calories or following a restrictive plan. Instead, you’ll learn why certain nutrients help reduce symptoms and which whole foods provide those nutrients. And with a Food Guide, recipes, meal ideas, and cooking videos, you’ll know exactly how to incorporate these foods into your daily life.
